Political bribery and Authoritarian rule in Nigeria.

The big thugs, the rich people that helped them to win elections and the corrupt media.Today "80 Million Nigerians are poor, the presidency affirms", despite wealth in natural resources.  Globalisation/technology has empowered ordinary people with new awareness of best practices and the tool to ask important questions about the future. The time for change is now, Restructuring is the answer. The number of functions excercised by the state is too many, it kills growth. Duplication of autonomous functions is not the answer.
