Its only authoritarian regime that seeks to replace free speech by constraint. We have written about free speech as blasphemous, etc. Authoritarian government is an evil that must be forseeen and prevented, but also as a present evil from which we must cure ourselves.
The only way to stop hate speech is Education-Civic Education which the politicians/military abolished, now crying foul. Again Athoritarian government divides, disintegrates and creates conflict and instability. They're the true promoters of hate speech, but they want to make a violent legislation which is against God and Man to prevent Accountability.
