Democracy still remains the best option but it's under threat in Nigeria.

What's the point of living if you can not have a different world view. Today democracy is under serious threat from totalitarian barbarism in Nigeria. It just stare at us in the face but many pretend not to see it. Thinking needs to change. History tells us that tyranny is the cause of human sufferings, also it has no friend. Read this blog regularly change your worldview. This blog is a genuine effort to provide new information and ideas to help shift thinking and possibly help change the way things are.

Be inspired to change the way things are. They said there is a secret at the heart of government, so our job is to help get ordinary people to be properly informed- expose and distort political lies and mis-information that has become routine tool for manipulation of ignorant minds. The system is not broken , its designed the way it is for the benefit of the few. The time has come to change the way things are; 'empower ordinary people', this is the future.

We will continue to do our best to keep our readers well informed, with world class information which many don't have access to. Change is possible, it needs ordinary people to put pressure on the political elites. Everyone has a role to play in a democracy, this blog is one of those roles and we are very determined to do it. We've got some work to do. Democracy must be inclusive. Ordinary people need jobs not bribe(recharge card to help attack innocent people on social media). They need the job now not after the next election.

They say affliction hits any country that elects authoritarian leaders, this is exactly what we are currently witnessing in Nigeria. Election is not expected to be credible, free and fair, elected officials are not accountable to ordinary people. We have just seen a new report by the defence minister. In his words; "security report from the North-East Nigeria is worrisome", thus confirming what we already know, given the unending strategy of exclusion of political opponents. This should be of concern to everyone. Once Africa's best performing economy and the largest economy in Africa is facing a huge political crisis due to authoritarianism. Heightened escalation of violence is becoming real on a daily basis and the government has just confirmed that.

We are being proved right on daily basis, so we must reject authoritarian leaders before it's too late. We must resist those who want to frighten us into 'chaos and retreat'. Democracy; 'the last best hope for mankind'. We must be willing to choose between Good vs Evil.
