The only solution to the dilemma of democracy in Nigeria is Education- Educated Electorate, all the philosophers say so: Civic Education, Citizen Engagement Education. This needs collaboration-Government, Business, Civil Society. It is possible to have a fair and just society, thinking needs to change.

According to  Rebekah Mercer: "Society's problems will never be solved by expensive, ineffective, and inflexible federal programs". In her words: "As a federalist, I believe that power be decentralised, with those weilding it closely accountable to the people they serve. I support a framework within which citizens from small political entities-states, counties, cities, towns and so on can determine the majority of the laws that will govern them"-[Robert Mercer is the most powerful influencer you've never heard of, ploughing his millions into Cambridge Analytica, the firm linked to Brexit-The arch puppeteer of populism, Evening Standard 4 April 2018].

Today we've got the opportunity to have the discussion about the future of Nigeria. Everyone knows that constitutional change-reform/restructuring is the answer to 21st century Nigeria with huge population explosion, and the challenges of globalisation. We now have the answer, no need to go to the moon to hire consultants to help us find answers to our collective challenge.

We have simply got selfish and crude politicians in our country ''hiding behind the will of the people to do damage to them. That seems to me the ultimate betrayer of the people''-Eloise Todd, Best for Britain CEO.

APC manifesto promised us restructuring. We are still waiting for the committee report they claimed will pave a way for the restructuring of the current political structure. Nigerians should reject any political party that denies them restructuring of the current political structure because they don't mean well for the country. Restructuring the current structure is a true test case for a government that wants to drive change. I wonder what they will tell the electorates during the next election if they have any more integrity left.
